Returns Policy and offers returns for damaged, defective, and incomplete items. Returns will be approved by request through email by stating the buyer’s name, reason for the return, and a number for contact. Most items sold on follow our general returns policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Requirements for a Full Refund

  • Items must be damaged, defective, or incomplete to qualify for a refund
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment
  • Media items may not require return to qualify for a refund
  • Refunds will be dispositioned on a case by case basis

Items valued at over $50 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. For items below $50, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service.

Note: If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under our policy.
